Attention all Yoga & Wine Lovers!
Begin your days with a led meditation practice followed by a relaxing cup of tea.
Morning yoga class follows, and is designed to stretch and awaken the body while soothing and focusing the mind. The class is accessible to beginners and provides advanced variations for experienced yogis.
Participants are free to attend all, or a selection, of the sessions, as they feel is appropriate for them.
Individual yoga sessions are available by appointment with the instructor on Saturday afternoon.

7:00-8:00 morning meditation walk
8:00-8:30 morning tea
8:30-10:00 morning yoga
10:00 breakfast
Noon: Visit to the Farm Sanctuary
Afternoon-free time to visit the wineries, individual yoga instruction available by appointment (extra fee applies), massage available by appointment
Dinner organized individually
